Just checked this out. Good eye, almost hard to tell it's an SVX as all you can really see is half of the front end and the upper half of the body's side...
And for those who don't want to count through episodes to find #48, it's Episode 9 "Kyoko's Confession" in the Fourth Stage: Part 1.
