Well I've been lucky, never seen WI in Jan, but I pulled, rebuilt, and reinstalled a Volvo engine in the driveway, in Jan, in MO. My wife wouldn't let me bring parts inside (I'm messy - can't help myself
) and couldn't afford to let somebody else do it.
At the other end, might try replacing a failed hose in FLA during August, as if there wasn't enough heat and humidity already.
