I just wanted to add that if you buy the 10 reports or Unlimited Reports they do expire in a fairly short time frame (30 days) and the clock starts after you run your first report. This is from the fine print when you go to buy one:
"This 30 day Unlimited CARFAX Reports Plan is valid for 30 days from the date the first report is run, and is intended for my personal use only. "
