Yes Tony you can swap the clutch basket and plates over, from the other box. The only thing is that the two transfer gears are a lapped pair, so to change the clutch basket, that is welded to the top transfer gear, you will have to swap both transfer gears over and match the marks, or risk a gear whine problem.

It seems strange that a Subaru remade box would still have a notched clutch basket in it.
