They look good but....
Murano wheels are off a jeep/fake-offroader. Unsprung weight is never an issue with these vehicle types. When they go for bigger or even standard alloys, weight of construction of the rim is considered an asset to defray possible off-road damage.
The car is not going to be raced, so a lightweight wheel is not a consideration in the design brief.
With no scales to back me up, I'm willing to bet the Murano wheel without tire is maybe 5 lbs heavier than the similarly un-attired RX8 wheel, which is off a sportscar.
