I assume his boss would help him out with a truck if he was taking them.
This seems like a way of getting around building codes/zoning too.
A guy up the street from me has a steel garage with concrete foundation. If demon can pour a slab and throw vinyl on it, it would look pretty similar. The one up the street is behind his home but in a high dollar neighborhood (homes just across the street from him are in the millions) Its not an eye sore. You could probably even have a hvac unit on top of it. Attic vents/blowers up top should do the trick on venting it too right?
