I thought of this a while back as I work in a international distribution center and see these things everyday. Yes they are hot as hell in summer but I would have windows and some sort of ventilation as well. As far as being watertight our company had one dropped into the water a few years back and it floated until they could get it out. It was a 40' fully loaded with electric motors and probably weighed in at 25 tons
, I dont think leaking will be a problem
