People always think I'n strange when I wash my car in the rain, I think I'm more sane than them
Most people seem to believe that rain makes cars dirty, it really only moves dirt that is already there arround, and if you drive in the rain road dirt gets splashed up on ya
so if ya wash in the rain and don't drive it afterwards then you don't need to pre wet, rinse, or worry about the car drying out
