not sure how your country is specifically, but here this is what we have to do
1, go to post office with the package numbers
2. Tell the person you need to file a claim for the package, in your case it will be package cp028688063us.
3. Fill out a "claim sheet" that they give you
4. wait about a week for them to "investigate" May be longer cuz of the whole over seas shipping
5. Pick up a check about a week later, may be a little longer.
Info of mine you may need(take it with just incase, it may be needed for the claim sheet)

All of your packages where insured for the max allowed for your country, think its like $80ish usd or so.
