It could mean English domestic market, or it could mean Europe I suppose.
The English market cars all came with no rear wing as standard. As far as I am aware, it was not even offered as an option.
The European cars, although they have the same running gear and general specification as the UK cars, most of them have no rear wing either. I suspect they came without a wing.
Most of the wings you see on Euro cars are the USA type, and it is likely the owners ordered them in from the USA.
The rear spoiler/wing on the silver car, that is standard issue JDM style.
