Re: Cleaning the IAC valve
The green valve is only visible when the IACV and throttlebody are seperated from each other. When I cleaned it I inserted a small screwdriver to keep it open and spray inside. It sprung back closed. I do not see an adjustment for that without taking the screws off and taking the IACV apart. So I don't see how I changed the settings on that part. Maybe the gunk kept it open enough??
