So now that my IAC and throttlebody are cleaned, I notice a High Idle on startup and when it idles normally now it's around 900 or just under 1000rpm.
I haven't touched the throttle cable adjustment or the TCU. I left all screws untouched for adjustments.
What needs adjustment now to bring it back to 650 idle if I never touched the tension on the throttle cables?
