I am sure you meant clutches, transfer clutches, there are no transfer gears. You will only wear out the cluthes sooner and then you have FWD. However if you can run thru a turn and it doesn't seem that bad maybe it's not binding real bad. Some other owners have had a lot of noise and sever binding when turning corners when the solenoid C wire has been cut.

Come on over and I'll measure the transfer pressure for you. That will tell the story. I got a 300 psi gauge, high pressure hose, 1/8' nipple and a street elbow modified to fit the case and an extra plug. Just in case the one that's in there gets lost in the unplugged zone No charge and immediate service once your car is here
