Here in the US there are several mfgs and sources for wheel locks - one of the most popular is McGard who makes locks in most sizes. I would guess that they sell in the UK, too, so check your local parts/accessory shops, and/or, where you got your wheels.
If no luck there, look up McGard on the web and contact them direct.
