Rear handbrake
The rear hubs also house the handbrake, which is operated using a cable onto rear shoes in a hub, not the normal extra mechanism pulling on the rear rotors.
If the rear handbrake is sticking on, it might cause this. A way to find out is to pull the handbrake while travelling, and while the squeek is going on. If it changes, then it is the handbrake shoes, cable, whatever.
