Otherwise officially known as "SPEED SENSOR AY", the CORRECT part # is 85082PA010.
My previous posting is flat WRONG: that part # (24029AA281) is the entire "TRANSMISSION WIRING HARNESS SPORD".
Interestingly it is a very complex harness and a buy @ $113 or so (I had a discount and that price did include shipping): the VSS2 costs over $225 @ LI$T price!
