you should be able to get them from a lot of places, there's generics you can get, you could fab your own, hell, i've seen clothes hangers on exhausts. Are you talking about the middle ones or the ones towards the end? If hte middle, i'd say you should be alirght for a bit, but get it fixed eventually. THe end, the weight of the muffler could hang down allowing hot exhaust tips to touch the rear bumper cover, which could melt it.
