Well, I hope that this doesn't jinx me.... But I took the belt off and spun all of the pulleys (PS, Alt, and tensioner). The PS pulley rotated smoothly about 3 revolutions, then some resistance built up. I imagine that this is normal (pumping fluid). The alternator pully spun normally. The tensioner pully really was nice and smooth, and had no problem spinning...

I replaced the belt and tightened everything down (including the locking nut this time). Took it for a test drive and everything was nice and quiet... I am gonna give it atleast a week before I get too happy... Possibly if I get the $$$ I will go do the upcoming AutoX in Greenville, NC on the 23rd and use that as the main test

I sure hope that this worked though Would save me some money and time for sure
