There's a series of "eye trick" pictures like that. That one happens to be "can you find the space needle" which is plain view. There's another one which has a duck next to a large chested woman, with a caption that says "can you find the duck in this picture?" insinuating that you would be to distracted looking at the woman to find the duck.
