Make sure it was actually changed, as they are a total *#!~ to change out (it's on the underside of the intake manifold). You might want to check the line to the one valve cover to make sure it isn't clogged (not likely, but worth checking out). Easy way to check the entire system is to disconnect the line at the valve cover while the engine is running and see if you've got a "draw" on the line.
