Not really, as far as I know. Not unless you consider stuff that's broken to be an 'adjustment' of the idle speed from 'stable' to 'not stable.'



If everything works right, the ECU will idle the engine at those speeds and there's really nothing you can do to adjust the idle besides making sure that everything works as it should.
