While all the other ranges have thin-thick-thin lines, denoting 250, 500, and 750 RPMs, the 0-1000 range only has thick-thin lines, which makes me think that it indicates 500 and 750 RPM. It's possible that it's not very accurate at revs below 500 RPM and the engine would not normally be at that RPM, so they decided to omit it.

My SVX usually idles at just past the first thick line, which I guess to be about 600, when hot and stopped while in gear.
