That's a good question on the Tach lines. The buzz is a heat shield somewhere on the exhaust. My idle speeds jumps around some depending on, air & engine temperature, a/c, in and out of gear. As long as it's steady and the engine is smooth I don't worry about it. Usually in the 750(one line down?) to 1000 rpm range.
