I'll just post it up here if that's ok. I've been busy and am just now getting an chance to do this 
Resistors first:
R1: 10k
R2: 10k
R3: 10k
R4: 75k
R5: 510 ohms. This doesn't seem like a normal value. 
R6: 1k
R7: 620 ohms 2 watt
R8: 620 same ^^
R9: 1k
R10: 620 1 watt
R11: 511? Is the number printed on the blue resistors the actual value?
R12: why is there no R12? 
R13: 10k
R14: 1k
When I get a chance I'll do the rest of the components.
