I think I feel a new rule coming on.

Some forums don't allow linking to other sites. Others don't allow links to eBay and so on. We have stayed relatively docile, letting people link most anything.

My own view is I hate spam and I hate pop-ups. Anything that locks up your computer is no fun, not in my book. One man's mischievous is another man's malicious. I'm in the second camp, and I would be all for time-outing anybody who links malicious code on the forum.
