If you've never driven your car in the rain, nor on a salted road, then I might agree that the A/C condensation is the culprit. Really, it's a negligilbe amount of water, compared with a single short drive on a wet road. But as Sonny pointed-out, you can always re-route the flow from the drain if you think it'll make a difference.
