I too have had/am still having frustration w/Franklin Busi(his name for those who care).
July 8th I "won" an a/c condensor thru ebay from him.
After numerous phone calls w/him(yes I DO have his # if anyone would like it!) numerous conversations w/his wife/Mom?, way too many emails, I finally got a UPS tracking # that is real.
My part is supposed to be on my door step Wednesday, according to UPS!!YEAH!!!
I say real because he(MBE) supposedly shipped my part to an incorrect address by the USPS, NOT UPS! (Since when does MBE use the USPS?)
I've gotten so frustrated w/ him I reported him to ebay and started abitration against him.
It's sad when "people don't hold up their end of the bargain", especially when it pertains to our beloved SVX's!
Hope everyone in the future doing business w/him has smoother, less frustrating stories than I!
