This was probably a joke, but just in case:
Never ever EVER do this. It will NOT get an adjustor to suddenly "get serious," but it WILL have SIU all over your @$$ for an insurance fraud investigation.
Adjustors are never intimidated by injury claims. In fact, some adjustors welcome them because it means they can pawn the claim off to a BI investigator and not have to deal with it (depending on the company).
