Oh man, that really sucks!
Unfortunitely, I know a guy just like Montoya, every word is a lie. He is great at making you believe every word he says, even if you catch him in a lie, he has another lie to cover that one.
The Guy I knew bilked people in Seattle for over $1.5M, but most wouldn't lift a finger to file a police report. Financially, I came out ahead (he was a client of mine), but mentally and emotionally I got screwed.
