Searching for Previous Owner (Oregon?)
I just bought a 92 Teal LS-L with a salvage title. It is a teal with the alternator mod, factory stereo, drilled rotors, small car shift kit and spoiler. The previous license plate (on the title) was xup497. Any ideas on how to go about researching this? Paid 1750
