Well last summer's Western Regional Meet was in Reno, this year (weekend after labor day) it's in West Yellowstone (you should come to it!), but it might be in Reno/Tahoe next year.
I know there are sometimes meets in the SLC area (talk to Michelle/thndrmtn92svx about those).
The NW meets are great - I just got back from one where we had at least 16 cars come to hang out on a cold rainy day. Out-of-towners seem to like the NW seafood meet we hold at Earl's cabin in August.
There are several svxers in CA (I know a few in the bay area) but I dont think they meet much. I'd really like to see a CA coast and redwoods meet happen sometime (I adore those overgrown trees).
