Not many choices
I can't help with the Subaru part numbers and prices, but the Konis will be more expensive than the stock struts. There are currently no other choices, though Porter said he was working on something awhile back.
Some of the Japanese sites show a listing for an Aragosta coilover kit. I contacted Aragosta here in the states and they:
1) knew nothing about the application
2) never returned my calls after taking my info and telliong me they'd check it out.
