I replaced the wiper nuts and rubber covers on my 95 last year. One of the covers was missing and the nut was all rusted. Luckily it came off pretty easy. Decided to replace both sides just for the hell of it. I also painted all 3 wipers on both my SVX's last summer. Looks 100% better. The Outback is next.....
