I think I would use for engine oil a Mobil 1 20w-50 oil with Lucas syn additive.
For the coolant sytem 75%water, 25%coolant, redline water wetter additive and take out the center grill.
I agree with new brake pads, thick rotors ( near max Thickness) and vavoline syn fluid flushed thru the system.
