Depending on the conditions of your seals, if they're not leaky run Mobil 1 10W-30!
If you've had slight oil leaks in the past and want to run synthetic, then use Valvoline Max Life Synthetic 10W-30.
As my seals are starting to leak, I'm running regular Valvoline Max Life 10W-30 which has stopped my leaks completely and seems to work very well will my engine. In the future, I may try a 50/50 blend of the Max Life regular oil and synthetic.
