The cutoff date for getting rooms for Reading IX at the preferred rate is Monday, February 18, 2008
I spoke with the Holiday Inn this afternoon and there are still 28 rooms available for Friday and 29 available for Saturday. The breakdown of availability is:
Friday: 5 king suites and 23 queen rooms with 2 beds each
Saturday: 5 king suites and 24 queen rooms with 2 beds each
Those who have not confirmed their rooms: DO IT NOW!! Your credit card will NOT be charged, it just holds the room. Your card is only charged AFTER you check out.
If you can't make it, just cancel 48 hours before.
We still have 2 rooms added to the block for THURSDAY, APRIL 17 (for the really early birds) and 2 rooms for SUNDAY, APRIL 20 (for those who don't want the party to end... Which is most of us!)
