I tried checking for codes, but i got no CEL at all...i tried both blue wires (the ones with the terminal pins on the ends) in both connectors, large and small...the large connector caused the CEL to come on, but it did not flash at all, i watched it for like a minute. small black connector did not cause anything at all...could this be an indication of a major electrical problem somewhere in the car? oh, and the new ecu makes a loud buzzing noise when the key is turned to the "on" position, where the old one didnt. ill try plugging in the old ecu to see if i can get anything out of it. thanks for all your help so far.
