Predicting PNW weather is easy from October to July. Take the weatherman's forecast, divide it by Murphy's law, calculate those odds against the duration of time is has been since you washed your car, multiply THAT by how much you are looking forward to an outside event, and subtract by how many umbrellas you have close at hand.
Then take that number, withdraw exactly that amount from the ATM, get your self some whiskey, some coffee, and some wool socks. Because you can bet, sure as shootin', its gonna piss down rain.
