i have this intermittent stalling issue with my car now that the weather is starting to drop to cooler temps.

id like to know if there is a way to adjust my idle speed up because i think this will cure my problem. this usually occurs when all kinds of electrical stuff is going (lights, heat, etc.) when i come to a stop at a light.
