While you have the engine out be sure to replace the rear main oil seal and reseal the "kidney plate".
Also, if the cam cover gaskets are not included in the set you bought make sure you get them too.
Further, replace all vacuum hoses + PCV-valve while you have the intake manifold off
. And inspect the flex plate for any signs of cracks. There is a thicker one available for around 30 USD.
