That's quite a long drive for you, anyway! The next "officially scheduled" meet will be in April (the tenth anniversary 'Reading Meet'). Hopefully, you can get all of those pesky details worked out by then. If you can
possibly make it, you won't regret it, I assure you.

unscheduled mini-meets pop up all the time.
