that should be a bad connection somewhere

i have the same thing - i installed an antirust device and sometimes- for some reason the positive wire that goes into one side of the fuse before the battery doesn't touch and mentioned lights come on...and when it touchs again. it goes away.
in my case it's a non touching situation.
