I have had the pleasure of seeing this image before. The plug I was referring to is 84956A. It merely closes the hole left in the fog light access cover.
If you wish to use the 9005 high beam, you will need to change the reflector assembly since it has the mount molded into it.
The low beam has a bulb adapter held in place with three phillips head screws for either a H4 or the 9006 so that could be quickly swapped.
Personally, I would leave in the H3/H4 and just add the fog light reflector into the assembly.
