not if they tell you that replacing the part may or may not work.. but its their best guess.. so you do it at your own risk.. etc..
now you're back to the position you started in but shy their diagnostic cost plus any money if you let them install the part (if you don't, they could come back and say you installed it improperly so it doesn't prove them wrong). hehe
I mean if you run out of options.. you may have to take the risk anyway.. but I typically prefer bugging members here.
