The Skyline GT-R has an inline-6 engine (RB26DETT) which is slanted to the right of the engine bay (when facing engine) to accomodate a huge exhaust manifold + turbo + piping. It's not a 'slant' six by nomenclature, but 'practically' speaking it is slanted and it is an inline 6.

P.S. I'm by no means an expert on the Skyline GT-R, but from being the former owner of a 300ZX TT, having visited Japan in 2002, and following Skyline development for over 10 years, I have a pretty good understanding of these cars.
