Ok good. It was just bugging me because my old Civic and a few other cars I've driven all hover around 1/5 or 1/4 up the scale, not halfway so I was just concerned.

I'm assuming my high idle is a combination of a bad TPS and a bunch of cracked 21 year old vacuum hoses in my engine bay.
