I know there have been a few emails this week, but we are getting down to the wire for the banquet and need some accurate headcounts for all 4 events
If you signed up months ago, we would like to hear from you again just to make sure you are still planning to attend. Also, since then, we have added events and are not sure which ones you are planning to be at.
Please go to the web site and read through the events, then check out the sign up list for each one to see if your name is there. If not, or if we have the wrong information, please let us know asap. Thanks!
And it's not too late to sign up for anything either! We have space available for all events, and it looks like we still have room for 3 or 4 couples at the host family homes.
MONTHS of time and effort have been put into making this weekend of events special and our sponsors came through with great generosity. We just added another one this morning, with a donation of a $220 full service for some lucky member's SVX. That brings us to over $600 in value of donated prizes that must be given out to someone the 22nd. Might as well be you.
