The court is a bit over a 5hr drive away (if I go the speed limit
), the ticket is $184, gotta check if my insurance goes up - my driving record is completely clear aside from this ticket. E's run-in (good grief!) makes me doubt going to court will be that helpful.
A little annoying, since the cops I've talked to in my county said they'd never give a ticket for this kind of speed while passing, since the whole getting out of the way of oncoming traffic thing seems more important.
Unless my insurance screws me, this isnt really a big deal.
