In Milwaukee the policy is to not respond to break-ins. They have this fancy phone system that asks you various questions like "what is the address of the crime" and "what was taken" and you never talk to a human being. It just creates a report for you and mails it out so you can give it to your insurance company.
Talk about insulting.
