There should be a law about those type of idiots breeding. How sad for the kid that he grows up with a "father" that is happy to just work at BK and thinks duct tape is a safety restraint.
He will probably get off because the judge is a liberal arsh that agrees that there was some sore of police mishandling of the evidence.
